Miyo Takano from Higurashi no Naku Koro ni. She plays a much more major role in the second season of Higurashi, funny thing about that is most people would be turned off by her because of what was found out that she did, but I just grew more fond of her, one of my most favored characters.
About the picture: I twas trying something new with black and white contrast. I regret not having rid the shading at the top of her head. In the end it turned out better AND worse than expected. If that makes sense to any, you are my bff <33333333333333333 3

Love the contrast style and the shading. Very nice effects! Creepy too. Great job~
I think this one of my better work actually. It was easy to make; just needed a black background n' eraser tool. The out come came out exceptional.
